Dr. Shalini Shukla is an academic leader and learning−and−development professional with over 18 years of experience across higher education, corporate training, and academic mentoring in India and international online cohorts. She currently serves as an online Lecturer with LINC Education, delivering business management sessions and personalised learner support to Australian university cohorts via Moodle, Blackboard, and Canvas.
She holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Marketing, with certifications in Outcome−Based Education, digital and hybrid pedagogy, and AI tools integration in teaching. Her academic career includes visiting and adjunct faculty roles at Alliance University, Bengaluru, and guest lecturing and research at JAIN (Deemed−to−be University), where she supported IQAC activities and organised Faculty Development Programmes on case−based pedagogy. Earlier, as a Process and Product Trainer at MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd., she was twice recognised as Top Performer in International Sales.
Her teaching spans Principles of Management, Ethics and AI, Evidence−Based Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, and Universal Human Values. Her research examines HRM, work−life balance, career development, and mentoring and coaching, and she holds two Government of India copyrights for AI−enabled leadership and gender−diversity learning platforms — reflecting her commitment to learner success and inclusive, technology−enabled education.
